EXECUTIVE Summary
Results-oriented, high-energy individual with a successful career in the telecommunication industry brings unique insight with multi-level experience to any project.  As an Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer with major telecom providers, I can easily design and provide drawings with multiple programs (BSTCAD, AUTOCAD and VISIO). Experience performing Site Surveys, Telecom Hardwire Fiber optic, and Microwave installations of power and equipment, including equipment test and turn-up, and troubleshoot and maintain equipment and equipment sites.

Field Technician Installer, Microwave systems - June 2013 to March 2015

Installation of indoor and outdoor Microwave equipment -48V environment test and turn up as well as maintenance of same equipment.

  
Senior Technical Assistant - Microwave Division - 2012 to June 2013

*Designed technical report for various companies including AT&T LTE project coordination between onsite Surveyors and included those stat’s into a designed engineering report for the customer as well as Q/A other T/A’s work.

 

Technical Assistants took data from Field Surveyors and prepare Site audits and Path Reports to be delivered to customers. Responsible for the QC process to review work from all/other TA’s in the department.

I held two positions for this dark-fiber provider, and was promoted from Level III to Level IV within six months.
        

Outside Plant System Multi-tasking Engineer (OSP SME) Tech, Level IV

Lead Technician responsible to manage a team of 5 technicians. Complete builds for 23 new hub sites from Orlando to Miami, for this dark-fiber provider. Duties included installing all equipment from OC3 to OC192. Apply for building permits with local municipalities, install equipment, run full test and turn up with NOC. Cross connections to metro ring as well as co-located customers. Autocad , BSTcad and Visio CAD systems used.
